DPMM close on leaders

Brunei side DPMM moved to within two points of leaders Gombak United after maintaining their perfect home record in the S-League with a 3-0 defeat of Geylang United.
Fresh from their victory last weekend in the Singapore League Cup, the Bruneians began well at the Hassanal Bolkiah National Stadium, taking the lead through Azwan Salleh after 21 minutes.
Abdel Hamid Berguiga made it 2-0 in the 69th minute before Oh Ddog Yi struck four minutes from the end to give DPMM their sixth consecutive home win in the S-League.
Brunei are now third in the table with 29 points, two behind Gombak and one behind defending champions Singapore Armed Forces, who have a game in hand. Geylang remained ninth on 18 points.
