Heartland, Lobi Stars reach Nigeria Cup final

Heartland and Lobi Stars will meet in the Nigerian Cup final in Lagos on Sunday after they won their semi-finals via penalty shootouts.
On Wednesday, holders Heartland edged past lower league Prime FC 3-0 on penalties after the full time scores were tied at 0-0 in Ilorin.
The other semi-final between Kano Pillars and Lobi Stars was also decided after a shootout as both teams failed to score after 90 minutes of action.
Lobi qualified for the final 5-4 on penalties after Pillars defender Nazifi Amani scored from the final kick. "Our dream of getting the (league and cup) double is still intact and so we are going for the trophy," said Lobi captain Terna Ikpeen.
Lobi won the cup in 2003, beating Sharks 2-0 before losing 6-5 on penalties to Enyimba in the 2005 final.
